He was predeceased by: his parents, James Russell and Goldie Russell (Pigg); his son Phillip Russell, Jr.; his stepdaughter Sherri Clark; and his siblings, James Russell, Jack Russell, Janie Russell and Claudia Cox.
He is survived by: his wife Patti Russell of Lafayette; his children, Lorie Russell, Eddie Russell, Georgia Russell and Rebecca Russell; his stepdaughter Denise Yuill (John); his brothers, Marvin Russell and Jerry Russell; his grandsons, Jared Yuill (Stephanie), Jason Yuill (Elizabeth), Jacob Yuill (Brandy) and Timmy Clark; and his nephews, Bradley Hodge, Michael Hodge and Elvis Hodge. He is also survived by 6 great grandsons; and 3 great granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mulberry Health-Memory Care (502 W. Jackson St., Mulberry, IN 46058) in loving memory of Phillip.
