It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Mow of Lafayette, Indiana, born in Decoy, Kentucky, who passed away on September 10, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Smith and Laura Smith; her husband Richard Mow, Sr.; her siblings, Lois Wayne, Mary Ann Roberts, Gail Feleke and Ray Smith; her grandson Cody Putman; and her great grandchild Quinton Bricker.

She is survived by: her friend Kathleen Miller; her sons, Richard Mow, Jr. (Roseanna) and Larry Mow (Pam); her grandchildren, Kendra Billingslea (Matt), Joe Mow (Jessica), Jessica Aynes, Kelli Large, Harry Putman (Jennifer), Tiffany Bricker (Warren) and Brandi Bass (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Cidnei Bricker, Tommy Putman, Trenton Billingslea, Ashton Aynes, Gabrielle Large, Macey Billingslea, Akasha Putman, Dylan Mow, Raiden Putman, Colby Billingslea and Olivia Large; her great great grandchild Aleesyia Putman; her siblings, Wilgus Smith (Zoe Ann), Jewell Hazelgrove (Tom), Freida Passmore, Brenda Gibson (Larry) and Debbie Humphrey; and her sister-in-law Lucille Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
