It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Tylicki (Lafayette, Indiana), who passed away on June 17, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Tylicki to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Chester R. Tylicki; and her sister Joy Anderson. She is survived by: her children, Judy L. Morris (Randy), Gary M. Tylicki (Jana), Steven J. Tylicki and James W. Tylicki (late Teresa); and her brother Jay Bratz. She is also survived by three granddaughters.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
