She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Wade (Jo) of Lafayette and Mike Wade of Lafayette; her sisters, Diana Workman (Brian) of Lafayette and Sally Noveretta of Albuquerque, NM; her grandchildren, Courtney and Tyler Wade; and her nephews, Kenny, Ed, Bill and Bobby Phillips.
