He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora Jennings and Goldie Jennings (Vawter); and his wife Phyllis Jennings. He is survived by: his children, Richard "Doug" Jennings of Monticello, Debra Cavanaugh of Lafayette, Gary Jennings (Kathy) of Lafayette and DeeDee Jennings of Lafayette. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, it was Dick's request that. Memorial Contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
