He was predeceased by: his parents, Josiah Luttrell and Marie Luttrell (Freyman); his daughter Lorie A. Radford; and his siblings, Robert, Donald, Harry, Raymond, Gerald Luttrell, Joanne Waddle and Juanita Beamon.
He is survived by: his wife Judeana Harris; his children, Karla J. Ross (Randy) of West Point, William L. Luttrell (Georgina) of Fountain Inn, SC, Anthony Luttrell (Nicki) of Portland, OR, Teresa M. Luttrell of West Point, Rick L. Luttrell of West Point and Michael Harris (Tacey) of Dayton, IN; his grandchildren, Isaac Cheesman (Amy), Kayla Cheesman Warren (Noah), Nicole Hollensteiner, Travis Radford (Brittany), Paige Luttrell, Harrison Luttrell, Derek Arnold (Diana), Katie Arnold, Travis Ross and George Ross (Amy); and his great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Kaylyn, Madalyn Cheeman, Berkley, Daxton Warren, Payton Hollensteiner, James, Carter Luttrell, Talan, Kyson, Balin Wortley, Gunner, Landon Radford, Ava and Aria Arnold.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to West Point Volunteer Fire Department or St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Richard's memory.
