He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Winter; his sons, Robert Edward Brown (Rose) of Lafayette and Scott Alan Brown of Alexandria, VA.; his grandchildren, Devareaux Brown (Andrew Archer) and Kimberly Charles (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Emma Archer, Avery Archer and Maximus Charles.
