He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Farrell-Smith (David Smith) of Lafayette, Karen Cadwallader of Lafayette, Karla D. McKinsey (Jeff) of Lafayette and Roger W. Cadwallader (Donna) of Delphi. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
