He is survived by: his wife Alberta Jean Hosier; his son Kent Allen Wilkin; his stepson B. Dale Luper (Debra); his siblings, Carolyn Dunham (Melvin) of Frankfort, Phillip Wilkin (Marta) of Pittsburgh, Patrica Jane Duiser of Lafayette and Barbara Julien of Kent City, Michigan; his stepgrandchildren, Sarah Irene Marsh (Cory) and David R. Luper III (Breanna); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, David Rollin Luper IV, Wakely Emmaclara Marsh, Kolben, Luper and Memphis Lee Marsh.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Bob's honor may be made to Rossville Bible Fellowship.
