He was predeceased by : his parents, Jess Howard and Sue Howard; and his sisters, Renita Jo Raynes and Carol Joyce Howard. He is survived by : his siblings, Randy Raynes (Vickie) of Mansfield, Mike Howard (Cheril) of Danville, IL and Paulette Chase (Terry) of Lafayette. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
