With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Roy Kenneth Sloan of Lafayette, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Roy Kenneth left this world on June 30, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Sloan and Lois Sloan (Cain); his daughters-in-law, Amy Sloan and Tamara Sloan; his grandson Travis Sloan; and his siblings, Dale Sloan and Vivian Berry.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Cox of Lafayette; his sons, Jeffrey Linn Sloan of Lafayette, Steven Wayne Sloan of Lafayette, Russell Kenneth Sloan (Allison) of Lafayette and John F. Sloan of Lafayette; and his grandchildren, Abby Gutwein (Mavrick), Brant Sloan (Angela), Emma Sloan, Joshua Sloan (Greta), Jordan Sloan (Hanna), Myles Holtsclaw (Kayla), Aaron Sloan (Carli) and Matthew Sloan (Jalynn). He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in Roy's name to either Brady Lane Church or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
