She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Fultz and Leota Fultz (Reece); and her siblings, Cecil Fultz and Lula Davis. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Hatke; and her siblings, Beverly Snyder of Lafayette, Ernest Paul Fultz of Lafayette, Dorothy White of Lafayette and Shirley Kay Smith of Lafayette.
