He was predeceased by: his father Walter Stephens. He is survived by: his mother Lureaine Greer Stephens; and his siblings, Lorena Elmore (Jim), Diana Stephens, Susan Stephens and Mike Stephens. He is also survived by three nephews and four great-nieces.
