It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Scott A. Kollada of Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on June 10, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marjorie, Ray Bakker, Victor and Juliann Kollada. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff and Brian Kollada; his parents, William Kollada and Elizabeth Kollada; and his sister Amanda Mosbrucker (Devin). He is also survived by 2 nephews and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
