He is survived by: his wife Denise Harvey; his son Cody Blevins (Meagan Davis) of West Lafayette; his stepchildren, Amanda Sprouls (Chris) of Lafayette, Amber Martin of Lafayette, Jesse Harvey of Lafayette and Billy Harvey of Lafayette; his sisters, Vickie Warf of Lafayette and Peggy Kendall (Mark) of Lafayette; and his siblings' children, Tracy McGirt (Chris) of Lafayette, Judy Brinson (Adam) of Lafayette, Amanda Kendall of Lafayette, Dustin Kendall of Lafayette and Glenna Marsell (Scottie) of Lafayette. He is also survived by several grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
