He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kai, Parklynn, Adrian and Quinn; his mother Abrahana Limon Guardiola of Mexico; his sons, Scott Searcy (Kelsee) of Brookston, IN and Alex Perez (Aleya) of Rensselaer, IN; his siblings, Gregoria Perez, Federico Perez (Juana), Amalio Perez (Cirila), Maria (Federico) of Jesus, Jose Perez (Fransisca), Matilde Perez, Micaela Perez (Belen) and Eleazar Perez; his nephew Florentino Jimenez (Kayla); his cousins, Bernardo Limon (Angelica) and Hector Perez; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alberto, Kaiden, Gabriella, Lesley, Johanna, Aly, Frankie, Fatima and Meredith. He is also survived by grandchildren; and a large extended family.
