She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sanders and Viola Sanders (Nelson); her husband John "Jack" FitzSimons; her sons, Jessie R. Saylor, Jr. and James Kevin Saylor; her sisters, Sandra Funk and Kathy Dewey; and her grandson Phillip Levi Guernsey.
She is survived by: her children, John FitzSimons (Patricia), Christina Guernsey (Phillip), Bonnie Donohue (Billy Crosley), Debra Remaly (Neal), Angie Saylor of Lafayette, Randy Saylor (Cherish) of Lafayette and Terry Saylor (Wendy) of Buck Creek; her sister Bonnie Corwin (late Harold); and her sister-in-law Janet "Cheeta" Sanders (late Jerry) of Lafayette. She is also survived by twenty-nine grandchildren and thirty-two great grandchildren.
