He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Parkins and Lori Parkins; his wife Gabriella Antionette Parkins (Gunn); his children, Jacob Aiden, Mason Alexander and Adriana Elise; his sisters, Krystle (Mitch Harms) of Lafayette and Jaime Sell (Justin) of Royal Center; and his grandmothers, Barbara Wagner of Las Vegas, Janice Monroe of Logansport and Libby Parkins of Logansport. He is also survived by his nieces, aunts, uncles.
