With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephen P. Lockard of Lafayette, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 7, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonso A. Lockard and Velma Lockard; and his brother Michael Lockard. He is survived by: his former wife Phyllis Lockard; his children, Vince Lockard (Anne) of Indianapolis, IN, Erik Lockard (Kelly) of Elgin, IL, Sarah Sims (Brian) of Lafayette, IN and Jason Lockard (Sylvie) of Bloomington, IN; his grandchildren, Matt, Leigh, Ethan, Andrew, Kyle, John, Rose, Lydia, Logen and Owen; his great grandchildren, Leo and Ella; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Lockard and Kimberle Lockard.
