She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lee "Jim" and Clara Jean Humphrey (Sands). She is survived by: her grandchild Alli; her husband Tony Dale Oakley of Lafayette, IN.; her sons, Justin Oakley (Aika) of Sacramento, CA, Joshua Oakley (Tasha) of Dayton, IN and Jordon Oakley (Megan) of Lafayette, IN.; her grandchildren, Whitney Goodman, Allisandra Oakley, Malachi Oakley and Raygan Oakley; her brother Greg Humphrey (Janice); and her friends, Cindy, Sharon, Marla, Shelly and Linda. She is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.

In lieu of flowers donation can be made to American Cancer Society.
