She was predeceased by: her father Frank Mills; and her husband William E. Starkey. She is survived by: her sons, Scott W. Starkey (Cheryl Borst) of Dayton and Eric T. Starkey of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Maxwell Starkey of West Lafayette and Lillian Starkey of Ellicott City, MD.; and her siblings, Joyce Kelley (Jack) of Crawfordsville and Bruce Mills (Jennifer Cunningham) of Anderson.

Memorial contributions may be made to WFYI, Indianapolis's PBS affiliate, in Suzanne's memory.
