He is survived by: his wife Evelynn Harris (Lynn); his daughter Kimberly Croley Porter of Lafayette; and his siblings, Jeanine Dooley of Cincinnati, Louise "Linda" Niesen of Cincinnati and Linza Croley (Rose) of Elsmere, KY..

Memorial contributions in Bud's name may be given to the local Humane Society, and Purdue University School of Nursing.
