He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Patterson and Nancy Fortner Mack; and his brothers, Chuck and Bill Mack. He is survived by: his wife Christy Mack (McCauley) of Lafayette; his sons, Alex Mack (Anna) of New Palestine, Nick Mack (Aimee) of Columbus, OH and Evan Mack of Indianapolis; his sisters, Debbie Petro (John) of Mattawan, MI, Kathy Love (Bob) of Kent, WA and Sandy Mack (Pete Zimmerman) of Missoula, MT; his sisters-in-law, Ann Robison of Thomaston, ME and Sandi Horn of Oxford, OH; and his grandchildren, Vivian, Elizabeth and Henry.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Elizabeth School of Nursing or the Delta Epsilon chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi at the University of Rio Grande.
