He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Mobley; and his sons, Thomas Edward Mobley and John Allen Mobley. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Mobley (Bell); and his daughter Susan Diane Mobley. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
