He was predeceased by : his parents, John Earl Lewis and Pam K. Goodman (Priest). He is survived by : his wife Wendy Goodman; and his siblings, Troy Goodman of Kokomo, John Goodman (Bridget Gustus) of Battle Ground, Tammy Summers of Lafayette and Barb Sears (Doug) of Battle Ground. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
