He was predeceased by: his father Charles A. Smith, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth A. Smith (Harvey); his children, Jessica Ray (Mike) and Brent; and his siblings, Bridget Muse (Jamie) and Tony Smith (Tami). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
