She is survived by: her mother Constance Taylor; her children, Samantha, Jeremey Habbinga, Amanda and Cody Runk; her grandchildren, Kodie Habbinga, Keegan Runk, Connor Davis and Griffin Runk; her husband Robert Malady; her sister Terri; her sister-in-law Tamara Morris-Taylor; and her stepfather Leonard Fultz (Frank Baldauf).
