She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving McKim and Effie McKim (Schanlaub); her husband Chet (Chet); her son Charles Hall; and her brother Robert McKim.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn Anderson (Charles), Vicki Mason (Michael) and Dorothy McClannen (Keith); and her grandchildren, Tamyra Matheu (Michael), Joseph Anderson, Kristin Hon (Ashley), Daniel Mason (Shawna), Peter Mason (Christina), Benjamin Mason (Megan), Jennifer Ott (Rayeed), Nicholas Ott (Jena), Jacob Ott (Jessi), Angela McFarland, Christina Hall, Melissa Guevara (Carlos) and Bradley Hall (Bobbi).
Memorial contributions in Velmas' name may be given to the Crestview Community Church.
