She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. John L. Shively; and her siblings, Joe Carroll, Bob Carroll and Pat Craig. She is survived by: her children, Dr. John C. Shively (Blythe), Dave Shively (Misty) and Susie Shively; and her granddaughter Amanda Shively.
