He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kingma and Mary Kingma (Brown); his wife Patricia Anthrop; his siblings, Eileen Titus, Robert Kingma, James Kingma, Joanne Irwin and Lenora Wiggins; and his grandson Eric Burke.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Jane Richards, Sheryl Ann Burke, Christine Mary Piatt, Daniel Wayne Kingma and Shirley Marie Stevens. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of usual remembrances, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Ann's Soup Kitchen.
