He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burton and Mary Katherine Balser (Pollet); his daughter-in-law Connie Balser; and his siblings-in-law, James Pruitt, Donn Pruitt and Jacqueline Crabtree.
He is survived by: his wife Bobetta Balser; his sons, William R. Balser Jr. and Robert Lee Balser; his brother Gordon "Cork" Balser; his grandchildren, LeAnne Ledman, Andrew Balser and Cameron Balser; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Emerson and Elliana Ledman.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Boniface Catholic Church (318 N 9th St Rd, Lafayette, IN 47904). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
