He is survived by: his father Albert Case; his wife Kathryn Willowoode; his daughters, Jennifer Bruce (Jason Bruce) and Lori Fulk Zionsville (Gregory Fulk); his stepdaughter Elaine Wolf (Chris Wolf); his granddaughters, Avery Bruce, Sara and Kelly Fulk; his stepgrandchildren, Luna, Caeden and Elijah Wolf; his sister Susie Laurent; his sister-in-law Marcella Welge; his former wife Sally Dawson (Ray Dawson); Bill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews he loved.
In his 70's he was regularly deadlifting 300 lbs. until Parkinson's Disease caused him to reduce the weights to 180 lbs.
