She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore R. Targgart and Mary Alice Targgart (Domer); her brother Ronald Targgart; and her nephew Roger Targgart. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her daughters, Kristin Enslen (Terry) of Kimmell and Abigail Wohlers (David) of Bronson, Michigan; her grandsons, Dakota Enslen (Sarah) and Justin Green; and her great grandchildren, Ava Green, Oliver Green, Amelia Enslen and Olivia Enslen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Barbara's honor to the Northeastern Indiana Steam & Gas Association or Parkview Home Health & Hospice.
