She was predeceased by : her parents, Mason Arnold and Hermia Cleo Arnold (Johnson); her husband Earl Handshoe; and her siblings, Cleburn Arnold, Ernest Arnold and Lois Handshoe.

She is survived by : her son Earl (Karen Handshoe, Jr.).
