He is survived by: his daughters, Smith and Huff; his wife Connie Chiddister; his daughters, Renea Boots (Todd) and Jennifer Perkins (David); his grandchildren, Allyson Lepley (Coy), Jacob Perkins (Taryn), Joseph Boots (Katy), Betsy Beiswanger (Tom) and Hannah Cervas (Dalton); his great grandchildren, Joline Lepley, Dorthy Lepley, Case Perkins, Kenneth Beiswanger, Laney Boots and Moline Perkins; his sisters, Elaine Bowers (Jim) of Ohio and Wilma Doyle (John) of Ohio; his sons-in-law, Todd Boots and David Perkins; his grandsons, Jake Perkins and Joe Boots; and his grandsons-in-law, Coy Lepley, Tom Beiswanger and Dalton Cervas.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the First Church of God (777 N Detroit St, LaGrange, IN 46761). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
The family asks that any memorials be given to the First Church of God.
