With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarence S. Harter (Lagrange, Indiana), who passed away on March 16, 2026 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Harter and Betty Harter (Markley); his siblings, Belinda L. Harter and Jerry A. Harter; his brothers-in-law, Banner Shull and Farrell Bennett; his niece Georgia Keller; and his nephew Darin Hochstetler.
He is survived by: his wife Joy M. Harter of LaGrange, Indiana; his mother-in-law Marilyn Musser of Shipshewana, Indiana; his sisters-in-law, Melody Hochstetler (Elmer) of Shipshewana, Cindy Shull of Rome City, Deb Rahn (Chuck) of Three Rivers and Pat Frick (Duane) of Palmetto, Florida; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by his best friend.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Clarence's memory to the donor's choice.
