DeWayne will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. DeWayne’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman S. Miller and Barbara Miller (Miller); and his wife Norma E. Cole. He is survived by: his sons, Craig Miller (Erica) of Fort Wayne and Mark Miller (Suda) of San Mateo, California; and his siblings, Norma Weaver (Freeman) of Arizona and Don Miller (Linda) of Florida. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frurip-May Funeral Home (309 W Michigan St, LaGrange, IN 46761). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
