He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his children, Chuck Bruce (Michael Jacobs), Vicki Hansen (Larry), Gill Bontrager (Kyle) and Gennifer White (Ralph); his grandchildren, Gessica Garber (Jed), Tyler Hufnagle (Tyra) and Gelena White; his great grandchildren, Tristan and Teagan Hufnagle; and his sister Mildred Ferro. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the LaGrange First United Methodist Church (209 W Spring St, LaGrange, IN 46761). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (209 W Spring St, LaGrange, IN 46761).
