He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hagen and Edith Hagen (Munn); and his siblings, Mary Jane Hagen and Paul Hagen. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Hagen, Nicole Hagen, Melody Julien (Fred), Greg Hagen, Kasey Messer and Jeffry A. Hagen, Jr.; his grandchildren, Destinee Duke, Eathan Julien, Sarah Julien, Nathan Hagen, Kellie Hagen, Maddison Hagen, Alex Jobe and Bree Messer; his great grandchild Ryker Hagen; and his siblings, Kathy Daly and Dale Hagen (Robin).
