She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Miller and Lela Miller (Carlin); her husband Robert E. Strunk, Sr.; her siblings, Anita Miller, Marilyn Sauders, Eldon Miller and Darrell Miller; her stepdaughter Judy Burgi; and her grandsons, Aric Smith, Jared Boyd and Jason Ritchie.
She is survived by: her children, Ransom Smith (Janet), Loretta Boyd (Tim) and Kent Strunk; and her stepchildren, Robert Strunk, Jr. and Carolyn Jefferson. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and 17 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Five Corners Baptist Church (2995 E 600 S, Wolcottville, IN 46795). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Wright Cemetery (10600 W Turkey Creek Rd, Hudson, IN 46747).
