He is survived by: his son Cary Vanderzeyde (Sandy) of LaGrange, Indiana; his grandson Cameron Vanderzeyde of Indianapolis, Indiana; his brother Dr. Kenneth Vanderzeyde of Destin, Florida; and his nieces and nephews, Karen Mattson of Ironwood, Geraldine Macenski of Indianapolis, Elizabeth LaFollette of Destin, Florida, Eric Vanderzeyde of Fort Lauderdale, Kurt Vanderzeyde of Middleboro, Mark Mather of Traverse City, Dr. Mason Macenski of Minneapolis and Kevin Blazak of Hurley, Wisconsin..
