He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmas Glant and Evelyn Glant (Huff); and his siblings, Steven Glant and Mona Lou Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Peggie Strawser Glant (Smith) of LaGrange; his children, Laurie Long (Robert) of LaGrange, Dana Hall-Reed (Scott) of Fremont, Melanie Hall-McBride (Craig) of Syracuse, Sherrie Larimer (John) of Howe, Teresa Stewart (Tyrone) of Grand Rapids and Michael Strawser (Karen) of Wolcottville; and his grandchildren, Emelia Hoying (Simon), Robert Long, Jr., Olivia Jackson (Jacob), Nick Diettrich, Madeline Diettrich, Gabrielle Reed and Eric Reed. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren through Peggie's family; one great-grandchild expected in July; and 12 great-grandchildren.
