He is survived by: his children, Sherri Whitaker (Jason) of LaGrange, IN, Laura Robbins (Ryan) of Avilla, IN and Eric Lewis of Indianapolis, IN.; his grandchildren, Ritch Hostetler, Scott Simon, Mark Lewis, Stephen Lewis, Sydney Robbins (Katy Thurman) and Derek Robbins (Mandy); and his great grandchildren, Lila Lewis and Jensen Simon.
