She is survived by: her husband Mike Sams of Lagro; her children, Aaron Creech (Shaina) of Peru, Bethanie Martin (Damien Shepherd) of Wabash and Andru Sams (Kayla) of Kokomo; and her brother Brad Bidwell (Lynne Lockwood) of Huntington, Indiana.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
