He was predeceased by: his brother George Hoffman, III; and his granddaughter Brittany Sutton. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; and his children, Patricia Hoffman and Daniel Hoffman, III.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lake Station VFW (2750 Central Ave, Gary, IN 46405).
