He is survived by : his children, Juan DeJesus, Jr. (Deborah) of Newport News, VA, Margarita Meltzer (Thomas) of Lake Station, Yolanda Torres (Tony) of Hammond and Rosa Calo (Ambrosio) of Merrillville; his grandchildren, Hector Medina, Jr., Anthony Medina, David Recio, Carmen Gonzalez, Arthur DeLeon, Jessica DeJesus, Juan C. DeJesus, Richard DeLeon, Thomas Meltzer, Jr. and Jessica Domikaitis; his great grandchildren, Noah Medina, David Recio Jr., Magdalayna Sesniak, Amelia Recio, Maricella Delgado, Elonzo Delgado, Anthony Medina, Jr., Xavier Delgado and Hector Medina, III; and his brother Matin DeJesus of Milwaukee Wisconsin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
