He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jamie and Jason Guzman. He is survived by: his grandfather Anselmo; his fiancé Jakala Goodman; his children, Damien Guzman, Zaiden Luick and Alicia Guzman; his parents, Anselmo Guzman and Judy Guzman; and his siblings, Phillip Guzman, Sr., Daniel Guzman, Anselmo Guzman, III, Alicia, Crystal and Niko. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
