He is survived by: his wife Kathy Johnson; his children, Stephanie Smith (David), Kenny Johnson (Nina) and Cindy Johnson; his grandchildren, Jasmine Lambert, Andrew Johnson, Riliey Johnson, Kellan Johnson, Melanie Johnson, Peyton Johnson and Mason Johnson; and his brother David Johnson (Chrissy).
