He is survived by: his wife Mary Madison; his children, Susan Klipp (Talon), Thomas Madison (Angela), Mary Madeline Madison, Johnny Madison, Bethany Busboom (Lyle), Jessica Wynn and Christopher Payne (Tara); and his grandchildren, Phoebe, June, Macy, Samantha, Summer, Spencer, Lilyana, Luci, Devon and Cammie.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lake Village Community Center (9728 N 300 W, Lake Village, IN 46349).
