He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Tam and Louise Tam (DeHaven); and his siblings, Gary Tam and Janet Smith. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Tam of Lakeville; his children, Nicholas, Melissa and Phillip; his stepchildren, Billy (Tammy) and Robbie Dickson; and his siblings, David Tam (Linda), Curtis Tam (Terri) and Colleen Minder.
